Job Description
- Require willingness and ability to undertake specified tasks as directed.
- Perform different tasks, process routine documents and maintain day to day activities.
- Performs routine assignments based on existing policies and procedures of the function.
- Receives instruction, guidance and direction from more senior level roles.
- Manage the design of corporate talent management and leadership development strategies that provide the organization with a competitive advantage to attract, grow and retain talent.
- Assist in managing the formation of succession plans for key roles across SPL, including development and maintenance of lists of potential successors for key positions to ensure adequate workforce in the pipeline.
