Job Description
- Requires specialized depth and/or breadth of expertise in own job discipline or Pricing & Profitability management and is often regarded as a source of knowledge to other subordinates.
- Solves unique problems that have a broad impact on the business.
- Contributes to the development of organization's Pricing & Profitability strategy.
- May lead teams or projects within the Pricing & Profitability General Department .
- Support the construction of variable cost models across all service offerings in coordination with Finance and relevant stakeholders.
- Contribute to building pricing models aligned with predefined pricing slabs to empower Sales.
- Play a role in developing pricing tools for customization at the strategic or enterprise level.
- Maintain pricing governance frameworks to ensure alignment with market positioning and consistency.
- Coordinate with Legal to address pricing-related regulatory requirements.
- Participate in market forecasting efforts to inform budgeting and annual operational plans.
- Collaborate with Finance on cost models especially Activity-based costing (ABC).
