Requires specialized depth and/or breadth of expertise in own job discipline or Pricing & Profitability management and is often regarded as a source of knowledge to other subordinates.
Solves unique problems that have a broad impact on the business.
Contributes to the development of organization's Pricing & Profitability strategy.
May lead teams or projects within the Pricing & Profitability General Department .
Support the construction of variable cost models across all service offerings in coordination with Finance and relevant stakeholders.
Contribute to building pricing models aligned with predefined pricing slabs to empower Sales.
Play a role in developing pricing tools for customization at the strategic or enterprise level.
Maintain pricing governance frameworks to ensure alignment with market positioning and consistency.
Coordinate with Legal to address pricing-related regulatory requirements.
Participate in market forecasting efforts to inform budgeting and annual operational plans.
Collaborate with Finance on cost models especially Activity-based costing (ABC).
