Job Description
- Maintain an extensive database of suppliers to help in sourcing requirements in a timely and efficient manner.
- Participate in the workshops with suppliers to discuss the requirements of SPL as well as all relevant policies and procedures in order to ensure an effective partnership with suppliers.
- Follow up with the finance team to ensure the timely and accurate process of IT Vendors payment.
- Prepare the list of issues or complaints raised by IT Vendors to ensure it is timely resolved.
- Assist in preparing IT Vendors Management reports to ensure it meets SPL requirements, policies, and quality standards in a timely manner.
