الوصف الوظيفي

Maintain an extensive database of suppliers to help in sourcing requirements in a timely and efficient manner.
Participate in the workshops with suppliers to discuss the requirements of SPL as well as all relevant policies and procedures in order to ensure an effective partnership with suppliers.
Follow up with the finance team to ensure the timely and accurate process of IT Vendors payment.
Prepare the list of issues or complaints raised by IT Vendors to ensure it is timely resolved.
Assist in preparing IT Vendors Management reports to ensure it meets SPL requirements, policies, and quality standards in a timely manner.
