Job Description
- Monitor all strategic initiatives, projects and plans progress to ensure deliverables are done within the defined timelines and up to the expected standards, and that outcomes match the desired benefits from these initiatives and projects.
- Conduct analysis and research related to specific domains and apply relevant frameworks, in order to provide a sound basis for decisions making.
- Develop a reporting system which provides timely visibility to senior management with a focus on analyzing the impact for deviations from plan as well as issues and risks.
- Review plans and expected deliverables and outcomes for all initiatives and projects launched to fulfill the strategy and ensure that all are executed in line with SPL vision, mission and overall strategy.
- Contribute to the process of service and product development, by reviewing product and service catalogues and proposing new ones to cover identified gaps.
