Implement Local E-Commerce plan for accessing the e-commerce markets and ensures that all approved plans are executed by the team members and presents results to leadership.
Cooperate in internal and external audits to develop effectiveness and ensure compliance to sales policies and procedures.
Execute and maintain efficient and effective review of all e-commerce customers to ensure all customer visits and meetings are completed and the teams understand the sales plans and visits for their customer accounts.
Handle customer complaints / escalations in a timely and effective manner in coordination with other SPL departments and reports complaints about products & services to concerned departments.
Conduct analysis, in coordination with marketing department, of relative elements in the market such as trend-shifts in interests, likes of e-commerce customers, relative changes in competition, political / economic factors and reports to leadership.
