- Manage the creation and development of the holistic compensation philosophy to attract, motivate and retain the top performers at SPL.
- Manage the design and implementation of initiatives policies related to the holistic compensation philosophy through compensation programs in order to better motivate employees for incentives and compensations provided for effective performance.
- Lead the preparation of studies on performance, incentives and compensation and link the same to the results of employee evaluation in accordance with the established principles and standards.
- Communicate and coordinate with business leaders and HC stakeholders to align compensation programs with annual and mid-year audits and promotion programs by HC client sectors, as appropriate.
