Job Description
- Implement and communicate process changes to optimize and improve efficiency.
- Design and lead operational improvement programs to optimize processes across the business.
- Diagnose issues and develop next step recommendations with assigned owners using the industry standard methodologies.
- Set up continuous improvement mechanisms for the organization.
- Audit and review operational processes.
- Ensure compliance with Safety & Security protocols, processes and documentation.
- Assess baseline and monitor progress on operational processes.
- Align on key metrics to use for transformation performance to drive the cultural change.
Skills
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Industrial Engineering, or any related field.
Minimum Experience:
5 years of relative experience in a related filed.
