Job Description
- Support the design of detailed policies, practices, and procedures for the innovation journey whilst aligning the Innovation strategy and planning with the business goals.
- Participate in supporting each initiative in the innovation portfolio, and interact appropriately with the broader organizations' governance requirements.
- Prepare the required data and reports that will be presented to the Innovation Advisory Board that will oversee innovation at SPL and the nature of governance changes as all initiatives progress through the innovation journey.
- Support in the maintenance and alignment of innovation initiatives in a coherent manner and give recommendations to enhance as appropriate.
