Job Description
- Manage corporate performance management systems, KPIs to departmental level as well as balanced scorecard systems to ensure optimal performance across the organization.
- Maintain monitoring of departmental KPIs to ensure performance against plans and report on a regular basis to senior management.
- Monitor SPL’s Strategy function performance against pre-set performance goals to ensure that progress is being made in the desirable direction and preventive/corrective actions are taken accordingly.
- Lead the identification and monitoring of performance management processes for SPL’s functions to ensure the aggregate function’s performance meets desired requirements, standards and objectives.
- Oversee the collaboration with various functions in order to formalize EPM processes and activities across SPL and provide necessary guidance.
- Maintain control on EPM activities and provide the needed support to grow EPM adoption within the organization and provide directional input to enable the EPM journey.
- Lead the EPM Governance Committee to ensure and foster an EPM driven culture in SPL.
- Oversee the coordination of the EPM champions with business owners to measure, add, activate and inactivate KPIs.
- Develop timely, accurate and complete progress reports in order to update the management on development and consolidation of individual departmental and business plans.
- Develop guidelines and templates to facilitate performance reporting to ensure that the output is coherent, neatly organized in a specified format so it can be analyzed and consolidated efficiently.
