Job Description
- Lead the creation and implementation of development operation procedures, policies and strategies across SPL.
- Oversee the implantation, deployment, and integration of solutions, ensuring successful delivery, high quality, and sustainability of technology solutions.
- Lead the provision of technical expertise during the identification, architectural design, and development of existing and new infrastructure solutions to support the organization’s technological needs.
- Manage and direct the provisioning and maintenance of appropriate technologies and ensure they are consistent and aligned to business requirements and strategies.
- Lead the adoption of new technologies, to enhance customer experience through optimum support, while ensuring that IT solutions are in line with industry standards.
