Acquire a thorough understanding of the types of new products such as Zipcode API, E-Com API and Direct SMS and stay up-to-date to any related changes.
Expand existing portfolio of clients for data services and partnerships by understanding their needs and continuously proposing solutions that meet them.
Approach potential customers in post business to establish strong relationships in order to maximize growth.
Identify any potential opportunities in the marketplace (national address, digital maps & raw data) to expand SPL business.
Forward upselling and cross-selling opportunities to the sales team.
Achieve the defined sales targets quarterly in order to meet Sales annual target of SPL.
Answer clients’ quires about SPL products and services and ensure that they are delivered in a timely manner.
Attend to client complaints and resolve any related issues promptly to ensure getting their maximum satisfaction.
Prepare regular reports of Sales progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders and suggest improvements.
