Job Description
- Develop and support the benefits management strategy and ensure that it reflects the direction of SPL’s strategy and continues to be fit for purpose.
- Lead the consolidation of all defined program benefits and outcomes approved as part of the business case, ensuring all required progress tracking metrics are defined.
- Manage and update the organization’s benefit map against investment outcomes, profiles, interdependencies and realization plans, and ensure timely benefits reporting to highlight necessary risks and issues.
- Build and maintain the benefits relationship between program deliverables and outcomes and benefits to raise the profile of benefits management across the organization.
- Support upper management's decision making by analyzing benefit options and predicting future costs.
