Technical Delivery Manager

• Implement digital project governance standards across the portfolio, including tracking, monitoring, and updating the status of program/project deliverables.
• Provide a comprehensive research and development framework, systems, processes, development of mechanisms/initiatives to facilitate effective knowledge management and promotion of technology product development within SPL to support sustainable growth.
• Maintain an in-depth understanding of stakeholder outputs and deliverables.
• Implement the service delivery business operating model to define services and support provided for SPL in line with a defined scope of projects, SLAs, and services catalogs.
• Assists and provide technical and support leadership to all related projects ensuring that project deliverables are delivered on time and, with the agreed quality and budget.
• Align with Strategy & Growth in-order to govern SP technology adoption through portfolio prioritization and ensure clear project management frameworks are in place for delivery models (both agile and traditional)
