JOB OBJECTIVE
To develop and implement talent management programs, processes, tools and initiatives across the organization to develop individual skills and organizational capabilities in order to support the achievement of set business objectives.
Job Specific Accountability
- Design corporate talent management and leadership development strategies that provide the organization with a competitive advantage to attract, grow and retain talent.
- Develop methodologies and policies to identify, match and deliver development solutions across the organization to meet existing and future business needs.
- Develop the formation of succession plans for key roles across SPL, including development and maintenance of lists of potential successors for key positions to ensure adequate workforce in the pipeline.
- Develop assessment program and assess the employees and potential employees by performing specialized scientific personality tests and other related tools.
- Support the development and implementation of SPL’s Talent Development Plans to build individual skills and organizational capabilities in support of the overall business plan.
