Job Description
- Promote and integrate SPL's values into all aspects of organizational life, including decision-making, leadership behaviors, and daily interactions.
- Conduct regular assessments of the organizational culture, analyze feedback, and implement evidence-based initiatives to continuously improve the work environment.
- Partner with relevant departments to develop and implement employee surveys, focus groups, and other methods to assess the health and effectiveness of the organizational culture.
- Design and implement non-incentive recognition programs across SPL.
- Monitor and address any cultural challenges or conflicts that arise within the organization
- Collaborate with leadership and HC teams to define and communicate the organization's core values, beliefs, and expected behaviors.
- Contribute to developing communication plans for various programs in coordination with relevant departments and in line with the SPL’s corporate communication standards and strategy.
- Lead the participation in Human Capital awards to attract talents, enhance HC credibility and boost employee morale as they appreciate being part of recognized organization from an outside source.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Human Resources Management or any related field.
Minimum Experience:
- 5 years or equivalent of relevant experience in a related field.
