Job Description

  • Direct and oversee the development and management of Reward strategy in line with global best practices to manage internal equity, market competitiveness and overall employee satisfaction and performance.
  • Direct and manage all aspects related to bonus structure design, merit increase, and salary reviews ensuring proper linkage to performance, to establish fairness, consistency, and pay-for-performance mentality across the organization.
  • Manage the creation and development of the holistic compensation philosophy to attract, motivate and retain the top performers at SPL.
  • Manage the design and implementation of initiatives policies related to the holistic compensation philosophy through compensation programs in order to better motivate employees for incentives and compensations provided for effective performance.
  • Supervise the preparation of studies on performance, incentives and compensation and link the same to the results of employee evaluation in accordance with the established principles and standards.
  • Communicate and coordinate with business leaders and HC stakeholders to align compensation programs with annual and mid-year audits and promotion programs by HC client sectors, as appropriate.
  • Oversee and optimize the implementation of messaging center strategy ensuring efficient and effective communication throughout the organization
