Job Description

  • Piloting and running the solution on behalf of operations for a period of time until the solution is stabilized and ready for handover to Operations.
  • Communicate with vendor and IT for any issues or gaps in the solution.
  • Support Operations teams with any issues or cases happens and take it with the right owner (IT, vendor).
  • Work on handover process to operations.
  • Continuous support to Operations teams with any issues or cases related to Ops Technologies.
  • Providing technical support and assistance to users, operators, and maintenance personnel working with OT systems. This includes helping users troubleshoot technical issues, resolve system errors, and address operational challenges to minimize downtime and disruptions.
