Job Description
- Ensure reviewing performance results and provide recommendations in for continuous improvement.
- Ensure implementation of Operations department policies, procedures and controls covering all areas of assigned department activity so that all relevant procedural/regulatory requirements, fulfilled while delivering a quality, cost-effective service.
- Work closely with Operations support team to provide analysis reports (KPIs) in collaboration with the site and regional managers.
- Conduct studies to ensure quality in performance to increase efficiency and align activities with business objectives.
- Conduct Data collection and reporting in order to analyze Operation’s sector performance.
