Job Description
- Is able to elevate SPL's intellectual talent in own Operational Audit discipline by connecting or introducing leading-edge theories, techniques, and/or technologies to the designated function.
- May lead others to solve complex problems, and is able to proactively identify and solve problems associated with SPL's Operational Audit management, and mitigates, or re-defines its impact on the organization's management, and direction of business
- Recommendations, and expertise may highly influence the development of SPL's Operational Audit strategy.
- Manage operational risk assessments, identify vulnerabilities, and recommend controls.
- Refine Audit Procedures by Collaborating with leadership to improve audit procedures and reduce risks
- Oversee operations audits and ensure support for the internal audit team.
- Create a comprehensive operations audit plan aligned with the annual audit.
- Work with operational teams to implement audit findings and address risks.
- Communicate Audit Result key findings and recommendations from operations audits for informed decisions
