Ensure to follow up the implementation of all recruitment-related procedures, including completion of employment requirements for new employees, finalizing all necessary documents and directing them to the concerned departments to carry out their tasks in accordance with the approved policies, laws and regulations to ensure that they are able to easily perform their job tasks.
Follow up the evaluation of the probation period for new employees by setting performance expectations and goals, monitoring their performance and providing them with feedback to ensure that they are qualified to perform their job as required.
Build a network of external relationships with talent acquisition sources, such as universities and employment agencies; communicate with them continuously to ensure that the best talents and competencies are acquired in accordance with the established principles and standards; and implement the Saudization program in order to meet the government requirements.
Skills
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or any related field.
Minimum Experience:
5 years or equivalent of relevant experience.
