Job Description
Support the development and implementation of Quality Assurance plans, including the definition of key objectives, policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines for monitoring, reporting, and correcting problems to establish a quality driven culture within all technology platforms in SPL.
Participate in the development of SPL’s IT service management processes, including Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Operational Level Agreements (OLAs), ensuring alignment to corporate guidelines, and ensuring collaboration within all IT entities and with business functions across SPL.
Support the development of methodology and systems to ensure effective data intelligence management to support organizational operations and assure quality and integrity of data across SPL.
Review cycle and recommend enhancements to policy and procedures related to IT operations management and lead the implementation of procedures and controls covering all areas of IT operations management and administration activity to ensure adherence and effective implementation.
