Job Description
Oversee all cybersecurity related compliance mandates to ensure maintenance of appropriate policies and procedures.
Identify governance and compliance gaps to provide regulatory cybersecurity compliance across SPL in the most reasonable and cost effective manner.
Recommend emerging and evolving data protection and privacy standards and frameworks that can be applied to SPL’s cybersecurity activities.
Develop and oversee the implementation of SPL’s privacy and data protection compliance program and internal policies.
Policies, Systems, Processes & Procedures:
Provide inputs and implement policies, systems, and procedure for the assigned team so that all relevant procedural/regulatory requirements, fulfilled while delivering a quality, cost-effective service.
Continuous Improvement:
Participate in the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement and sustainability of systems, processes and practices considering global standards, productivity improvement and cost reduction.
Customer Service Excellence:
Proactively engage with clients and provide solutions to achieve optimum client satisfaction and brand loyalty for SPL.
Facilitate the review, enhancement, and implementation of processes to manage client relationships to enhance the customer journey in line with the organization’s customer experience strategy.
Reporting:
Prepare sectional statements and reports timely and accurately to meet SPL and department requirements, policies, and quality standards.
