Job Description
- Manage the identification and implementation of new opportunities throughout the customer journey to deliver high performing, agile customer interactions and touchpoints.
- Analyze and improve customer retention and repeat-custom behaviors across key segments to inform marketing and business decisions.
- Identify key interactions in the customer lifecycle and drive relevant changes by collaborating with other business areas, acting as the voice of the customer.
- Define and drive implementation of a holistic retention strategy to drive revenue from existing customers.
- Lead and evolve the Customer Journey strategy including customer communications and automation.
- Manage the identification of customer segments, personas and journeys that would support the creation of a holistic customer experience journey for SPL.
