Job Description
- Disseminate the product concept to develop requirements, and identify business requirements in coordination with business owners to provide the most effective solutions.
- Ensure timely coordination of the development of all approved business and functional specifications for specified projects to identify new features or new opportunities for product creation.
- Mange all technical documents with concerned technical teams to ensure business requirements are adequately reflected in technical planning documents.
- Work with cross-functional teams and various stakeholders, including analytics, design/user experience, engineering, and user enablement to provide new technical solutions.
- Proactively identify and propose changes to streamline the procedures and improve the final customer experience.
- Develop and implements effective reporting tools and support them to successful in order to deliver the right products to the right customers.
- Work in an Agile environment and continuously review the business needs, refine priorities, outline milestones and deliverables, and identify opportunities and risks.
