Job Description
- Provide leadership to enable and support the operations of the Command Center as needed.
- Lead escalations and initiate corrective actions as necessary within a timely manner.
- Work with relative Teams to ensure accuracy of Command Center content, metrics, dashboards and reporting tools
- Provide recommendations for decision making and process improvement.
- Assist and maintain Command, Control, and Communication (C3) systems to ensure uninterrupted operations.
- Respond to incidents and emergencies promptly and efficiently, coordinating with relevant teams and stakeholders as necessary.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to C3 systems and implement solutions in a timely manner.
