الوصف الوظيفي

Facilitate, manage, and review all tax filings and reports regularly and handle all information data requests internally & externally.
Review tax procedures implementation in products, services, and contracts and issue recommendations to optimize the overall Tax & VAT position of SPL.
Provide support to all businesses and act as Tax & VAT advisor on contracts and special projects.
Maintain effective control procedures over all aspects of the tax process.
Act as the single point of contact with ZATCA & business in all Tax & VAT matters.
Monitor legislative and regulatory tax law developments, communicate the effects of these developments to management and the tax team and create strategies to capitalize on changes to taxation legislation.
Perform Tax & VAT audit on accounting books, procedures and Tax & VAT compliance/audit to current Sales and Billing systems, and ensure proper compliance is in place.
Identify and mitigate tax risks and review financial statements and expenses.
