- Collaborate with sales leadership to develop and execute presales strategies for digital solutions.
- Managing all current digital products of SPL (National Address, Post Business, Tijari ), in addition the Tele sales operation and activity, supporting the sales in maximizing the revenue.
- Pushing the NA adaptation in alignment with the sales heads.
- Creating new partnerships for Digital products and services while maintain existing partnerships such as IPL, ELM, Google, and GeoKing etc.
- Being the SPOC with IPL for any new digital products, and will also manage the pre-sales activities for quotations, bids, technical meetings, PM for implementations and managing partners.
- Support sales by leveraging their expertise in Digital & Data products to drive business growth.
- Ensure presales activities align with business objectives, market trends, and customer needs.
- Oversee the creation of compelling and customized proposals, presentations, and demonstrations.
- Support sales teams in identifying and qualifying high-value digital opportunities.
- Manage the presales process from initial inquiry to closing the deal, ensuring seamless transitions between stages.
- Oversee the design and development of digital solutions that meet customer specifications.
- Work closely with internal teams (R&D, product, engineering) to ensure the solutions proposed are technically feasible and deliverable.
- Ensure all proposals and solutions align with internal capabilities, budget, and timelines.
- Manage and document solution architecture, pricing models, and key deliverables. Collaborate with the sales team to define customer requirements, opportunities, and deliverables.
- Assist in identifying new market opportunities and customer segments for digital solutions.
- Provide feedback from clients to the product and marketing teams to enhance the solution portfolio.
