Job Description
- Monitor projects, plans and strategic initiatives progress to ensure deliverables are done within the defined timelines.
- Review plans and expected deliverables and outcomes for all initiatives and projects launched to fulfill the strategy.
- Provide support for the maintenance of the master schedule for Saudi Post that covers all strategic initiatives and plans as well as major achievements and milestones for SP functions.
- Support in the process of service and product development, by reviewing product and service catalogues and proposing new ones to cover identified gaps.
- Support change management activities across the organization as needed.
