Job Description

Sales Management

· Oversees the day-to-day operations of the cooperate sales unit, providing expertise, encouraging and ensuring teamwork, aligning work processes in order to achieve high performance standards and meet established targets, objectives and employee engagement in a motivated work environment.

 

Sales Strategy

· Develops and implements a strategy for corporate sales, marketing and business development for corporate accounts in across KSA for all SP products and services in order to grow the business.

 

Setting Objectives

· Sets goals and objectives for corporate sales teams of each area according to the market conditions in order to ensure the execution of corporate sales unit’s growth strategy.

 

Sales Planning

· Oversees the yearly budget for the corporate sales department and prepares the sales forecast for each account; monitors financial performance versus the budget so that the business is aware of anticipated costs/revenues, areas of unsatisfactory performance are identified, and potential performance improvement opportunities are capitalized upon

 

Product and Services Delivery

· Oversees the delivery of solutions tailored to corporate customers’ needs and monitors customers’ feedback to ensure they are satisfied with the proposed solutions and that their requirements are being met.

· Oversee the development and maintenance of price lists, profit margins and discount rates for the different service offerings in accordance to set policies and procedures.

 

Proposals Management

· Oversees the development of sales bids, presentations, RFPs, SLAs, etc. with the support of the business development support team and ensures timely submission of proposals, tenders, reports and supporting literature.

 

Customer Relationships

· Identifies and cultivates relationships with corporate accounts through account managers to maximize revenues from them and investigates the potential for the provision of additional services.

· Manages the establishment of a database of existing and potential corporate accounts to strengthen and build the business.

 

Market Intelligence

· Reviews developments in the market for any opportunities or threats and takes appropriate decisions where the developments are likely to affect sales.

· Directs the receipt of feedback on customer needs, leads research through customer calls and analyzes findings with the marketing sector to ensure effective decision making.
