Job Description
- Participate in executing Change Management plans and programs to support the execution of SPL strategy.
- Assist in conducting change readiness assessment across the organization for the transformation programs and inform the design of change management plans.
- Support in identifying relevant metrics to measure the effectiveness of change management interventions and contribute to the development of required measurement tools, reporting dashboards and report progress of change management plans on a periodic basis to relevant stakeholders.
- Assist in designing a detailed policies, practices, and procedures for the CM journey whilst aligning the CM strategy and planning with the business goals.
- Collaborate with the Corporate Communication department to develop engaging communications plans to build awareness of the SPL strategy and support in executing the communications plan.
