- Manage and control all activities within the facility and assigned shift.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and promote a positive health and safety culture in the facility.
- Properly resolve problems and troubleshoot issues as they arise without the direction of management.
- Ensure that Performance Dialog meeting are being executed.
- Manage timely data collection to update operations metrics, to support the Facility Director to review goals and metrics.
- Monitor KPI and objectives, define corrective action plans to ensure all metrics are met.
- Engage all levels within the facility to remove waste from processes employing Lean/Six Sigma methodologies.
