- Direct the overall management, preparation and execution of the Shared Services Sector annual business plan, operating budget and periodic revised forecasts.
- Recommend and implement viable solutions to reduce customer spends as well as optimize the Sector’s overall budget.
- Drive the required business analysis and related process to improve performance across the Sector, and identify areas of performance shortfall to propose corrective interventions.
- Manage 3rd party (outsourced) services provided to SPL and evaluate their performance to improve the quality of services and ensure optimization.
- Lead and co-ordinate the corporate planning and reporting activities of the Sector including development and articulation of strategic plans, monitoring of progress and reporting against Key Performance Indicators.
- Oversee the compiling of status and performance reports and ensure submission to concerned parties in a timely manner.
