Sales Management
- Leads a team by decisive management, motivates, explicit communication and develops the team’s skills and knowledge.
- Plans for accessing the e-commerce markets and ensures that all approved plans are executed by the team members and presents results to leadership.
- Cooperates in internal and external audits to develop effectiveness and ensure compliance to sales policies and procedures.
Sales Objectives and Planning
- Develops and maintains efficient and effective review of all e-commerce customers to ensure all customer visits and meetings are completed and the teams understand the sales plans and visits for their customer accounts
- Ensures the team is familiar with the company’s goals, target and procedures and ensures that all performance standards are conveyed and understand by all
- Sets monthly targets and reviews performance against targets on a periodic basis.
Product and Services Delivery
- Handles customer complaints / escalations in a timely and effective manner in coordination with other SPL departments and reports complaints about products & services to concerned departments.
- Reviews and supports promotion plans for the region, in coordination with the Marketing department, according to the standards through auditions and supervisions of his subordinate managers and supervisors.
