  • Recognized as an expert within SPL in relation to the Corporate Sales department discipline, and is equipped with breadth of expertise in other functional elements, in addition to broad knowledge of other functions within SPL.
  • Able to elevate SPL's intellectual talent in Corporate Sales discipline by connecting or introducing leading-edge theories, techniques, and/or technologies to the designated function.
  • May lead others to solve complex problems, and is able to proactively identify and solve problems associated with SPL's Corporate Sales management, and mitigates, or re-defines its impact on the organization's management, and direction of business.
  • Recommendations, and expertise may highly influence the development of SPL's Corporate Sales strategy.
  • Supervise day-to-day corporate sales operations, ensuring alignment with performance targets, process efficiency, and a motivated, collaborative work environment.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for corporate sales, marketing, and business development across KSA to drive revenue growth for all SPL products and services.
  • Set and monitor regional corporate sales goals based on market conditions to ensure effective execution of growth strategies and achievement of objectives.
  • Oversee and manage departmental budgets and sales forecasts, tracking financial performance against targets and identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Ensure delivery of tailored solutions to corporate clients, monitor feedback, and address evolving client needs to maintain high satisfaction and retention rates.
  • Supervise the development of pricing structures, bids, SLAs, and proposals, ensuring alignment with policy, profitability, and timely submission through business development support.
  • Identify and cultivate high-value corporate accounts through account managers, monitor relationships, and explore cross-selling opportunities to maximize revenue potential.
