الوصف الوظيفي

Manage the development of appropriate contracting frameworks and models in cooperation with the relevant departments, and ensure that the correct contract form is used and that all terms and conditions are in accordance with the laws and regulations of SPL.
Provide legal advice to SPL employees across departments to enhance contracting activities snd achieve consistency in contracts up to standards.
Review and verify legal contracts and documents, to ensure that all contract terms are clear and are in line with the legal requirements.
Research regulations to ensure all SPL contracts are updated and in compliance with the laws and regulations.
Direct the coordination with stakeholders to guarantee terms of contracts are fulfilled in compliance with the terms and regulations.
