- Direct the technical project management to provide services in accordance with the policies, regulations, processes, procedures and controls so that all relevant requirements are met to provide high-quality, cost-effective services in a consistent manner.
- Oversee and direct the preparation of policies and procedures to determine the technical and engineering needs necessary to implement construction projects in line with the approved regulations and systems, and SPL’s policies and objectives.
- Instruct the preparation of technical reports that include a full description of the purpose and nature of the project and its engineering requirements and set the technical requirements for the implementation of any project in order to ensure the continuation of the effective performance of the works and the implementation thereof.
