Job Description
- Requires specialized depth and/or breadth of expertise in own job discipline or National Address management and is often regarded as a source of knowledge to other subordinates.
- Solves unique problems that have a broad impact on the business.
- Contributes to the development of organization's National Address strategy.
- May lead teams or projects within National Address.
- Establishing a customer-centric culture in the function to ensure providing a meaningful experience for National Address customers.
- Activate analytical tools to better understand the customers categories and required information, Recommending the nature and scope of present and future product lines by reviewing product specifications and requirements; appraising new product ideas.
- Conduct customer outreach activities to capture existing risks, issues and challenges. They will also capture, evaluate and analyze customers’ level of satisfaction.
- Collaborating with the technology team to execute the roadmap (products and services) while creating the needed enhancements, features, and solutions.
