Job Description
- Support in maintaining corporate performance management systems, key performance indicators to departmental level as well as balanced scorecard systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Assist in monitoring of departmental KPIs to ensure performance against plans and report on a regular basis to senior management
- Support in monitoring SPL Strategy function performance against pre-set performance goals to ensure that progress is being made in the desirable direction and preventive / corrective actions are taken accordingly.
- Participate in preparing timely, and complete progress reports in order to update the management on development and consolidation of individual departmental and business plans.
- Contribute in frequent performance reviews calendar (Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, etc.) and align with SPL functions.
