Risk Assessment Manager

• Oversee the planning for the risk assessment process and oversees preparation of initial estimates of risk assessment duration and efforts, finalizes plans and communicates risk assessment plan and progress with individual sectors and departments.
• Lead the establishment of key risk indicators based on detailed research of the industry and analyze a wide range of organization data to determine where the most significant risks lie.
• Educate, support and enable SPL’s business owners/units to identify and assess risks they face that affect their functional objectives.
•  Evaluate SPL’s previous handling of risks, compare potential risks with criteria set out by the organization such as costs and legal requirements and report changes in the risk profile.
• Perform a periodical review of the organization’s products and processes and oversee risk mitigation controls while leading the accurate identification of operational risks in new products and services to ensure that operational risk implications are being considered and appropriately mitigated.
